This Privacy Notice is provided on behalf of Certified Planners, Inc. and its Investment Advisor Associates (collectively referred to as CPI). It outlines how CPI manages and protects your personal and financial information (“nonpublic personal information”) collected in the course of doing business with you.

CPI is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. CPI does not share, sell, or disclose your nonpublic personal information to any company, individual, or organization without your authorization, except as permitted or required by law.

CPI collects nonpublic personal information to establish, maintain, and service your accounts under management. This information includes:
• Private information provided on applications and forms to establish or update accounts managed by CPI.
• Private transaction details within the accounts managed by CPI.
• Private information shared by you verbally or in writing.
• Private information shared by authorized third parties (such as tax advisors, attorneys, or other trusted individuals) on your behalf for collaborative purposes.

CPI maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information. Access to this information is restricted to CPI’s Investment Advisor Associates and employees who handle the daily operations of your accounts under management.

CPI does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its current or former clients to anyone, except as permitted or required by law, or as directed by you.
• As permitted by law, CPI may share information with financial institutions that provide support services for accounts and policies managed by CPI.
• As required by law, CPI may share information with regulatory authorities to comply with audits or subpoenas, if any.
• As directed by you, CPI may share and collaborate with third parties (such as tax advisors, attorneys, or other trusted individuals) when authorization is granted.

If a CPI Investment Advisor Associate is associated with a business outside of CPI (such as an insurance or law practice) any non-public information they obtain through CPI will also be accessible to them in their role with the outside business. However, they will not use your non-public information for the outside business unless you retain the services of the outside business.

The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to reaffirm CPI’s commitment to keeping your nonpublic personal information confidential. No action is required on your part in response to this notice.
